Drawing from the life and work of individuals such as Ella Baker, Bayard Rustin and Huey P. Newton, the discussion will delve into the intersecting oppressions of race, gender and sexuality, looking through a critical lens of the where we have come from, the current state we are in and the struggle that continues into the future.
