- "Sundowntown by James Lowen lists town where I have had issues- Wish I had seen this link when I was looking for information regarding the area. SInce I moved there I have come to know what racism is on so many levels-from dealing with noisy neighbor that made deliberate noise in the middle of the night, having my rights to Quality of Life violated being sleep deprived for months, breaking down and being taken to the hospital, voyeurs- who stop, stoop, scoop their hands and snoop through my windows; having to put up privacy films on my windows. Having my mail rifled through- to having my mailbox thrown on the ground. Last saturday 2/16 in the middle of a pouring snow storm caught one neighbor next to my car only to later learn that it's because if you stand where she was standing you could look into my apartment through the one window that still has some access to view through the bushes. Non responsive Board- to this minority home owner."
